*Appointment times are in reference to when a vehicle will be started (within 15-20 minutes), Vehicles can be dropped off prior to appointment times if it's more convenient, however the car may not be started until the appointment time.
*We have a VERY small reception area that is for pick up and drop off only, please set an appointment time for when you can have a ride pick you up and drop off.
*We offer a 15-minute window to drop off after your appointment time, vehicle dropped off outside of that window will at minimum require additional time to finish, possible until the next day, or need to be rescheduled. Please call ahead if you think you'll be more than 15 minutes late.
